Description:

HackerOne is seeking a Software Engineer II to join their growing engineering team.
The Software Engineer will collaborate with their squad on various challenging projects.
Responsibilities include working with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to understand customer needs and developing features for the HackerOne platform.
The role involves using technologies such as Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, and TypeScript, with experience in Generative AI, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, and GraphQL being a plus.
The Software Engineer will have a structured onboarding process and will gradually take on more responsibilities, eventually leading projects.
The position requires remote work in the UK or Poland and the ability to excel in a digital-first environment.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, preferably in a SAAS environment.
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, and TypeScript, with additional experience in Generative AI, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, and GraphQL being advantageous.
Demonstrated positive impact in previous professional roles.
Ability to collaborate effectively with senior engineers and make an impact on squad and project levels.

Competitive compensation bands: EMEA 50,000-75,000 GBP, Poland 140-185k PLN.
