The Practice Engagement team focuses on redefining the clinical experience in dentistry, enhancing the interaction between dentists and their dental labs.
The Ordering team develops scanning software that improves the efficiency of the intraoral scanning process, aiming to reduce operational costs and enhance product quality and delivery times.
The Billing Team is responsible for creating industry-defining billing experiences and managing Dandy’s revenue streams.
The role involves collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers to build new features and products.
Responsibilities include owning problems end-to-end, considering user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics.
The position requires proactive identification and prioritization of improvements to processes, codebases, and best practices.
The primary technologies used in this role are Typescript, React, GraphQL, Node, and PostgreSQL.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer.
Experience with modern web tooling and frameworks such as TypeScript, React, Apollo, Storybook, and Webpack is required.
The ideal candidate should be self-directed and capable of operating autonomously to deliver scaled impact.
Applicants must demonstrate the ability to hold themselves and their team to high standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, are essential for this position.
