Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 3 years of production software experience.
A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and understanding of services like ECS, Lambda, EKS, SecretsManager, and RDS is necessary.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Javascript, Typescript, or Python is required, with a willingness to learn additional languages.
Understanding of microservices and serverless architectures with containerized deployments is essential.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases like MySQL, Postgres, or Redshift is required.
Candidates should have knowledge of programming concepts including iterative design, functional and object-oriented programming, and scalable architecture.
Familiarity with software development best practices, including unit testing and continuous delivery, is necessary.
A desire to apply agile development principles in a fast-paced startup environment is important.
Strong teamwork and communication skills are required.
