Description:
- Design, implement, and maintain pipelines using cloud technology to produce business critical data reliably and efficiently.
- Translate business drivers and analytical use-cases into data products.
- Create data visualizations for easy consumption of data insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to develop data solutions for multiple use cases.
- Explore new technologies and techniques to creatively solve business problems.
- Drive the strategy for improved data quality within Pinterest.
- Act as the liaison between business and engineering teams.
- Telecommuting is permitted.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline with two years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Python, data visualization, data pipeline design, machine learning, deep learning, large-scale cloud infrastructure, Spark, data warehouse design, Presto, Hadoop, Kubernetes, and big data analytics.
- Ability to gain special skills through academic coursework, scholastic achievement, or professional experience.
Benefits:
- Salary range: $180,000.00 - $199,465.00 per annum.
- Position eligible for equity.
