  • The Software Engineer II will collaborate with a cross-functional sprint team to design, develop, and maintain backend services, frontend interfaces, and customer experiences.
  • Responsibilities include building features using Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, React, and more, improving code quality, working autonomously, and creating secure and scalable solutions.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have experience as a full-stack engineer, writing code for both frontend and backend applications.
  • Experience in building SaaS-based web applications using Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, and MySQL is required.
  • Familiarity with various API approaches, including REST and GraphQL, is necessary.
  • Experience working on sprint teams building customer-facing SaaS applications is preferred, with SMB/B2B experience being a plus.
  • Candidates should have experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for providing feedback and supporting colleagues' growth through code reviews.
  • Experience working remotely as part of a distributed team is a plus.
