The Software Engineer II will collaborate with a cross-functional sprint team to design, develop, and maintain backend services, frontend interfaces, and customer experiences.
Responsibilities include building features using Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, React, and more, improving code quality, working autonomously, and creating secure and scalable solutions.

Requirements:
Candidates must have experience as a full-stack engineer, writing code for both frontend and backend applications.
Experience in building SaaS-based web applications using Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, and MySQL is required.
Familiarity with various API approaches, including REST and GraphQL, is necessary.
Experience working on sprint teams building customer-facing SaaS applications is preferred, with SMB/B2B experience being a plus.
Candidates should have experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and best practices.
Strong communication skills are essential for providing feedback and supporting colleagues' growth through code reviews.
Experience working remotely as part of a distributed team is a plus.
