Description:
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer II to join our Applications Platform team, which is the backbone of Rula’s platform.
This role involves designing and building scalable, reliable backend systems that are critical to day-to-day operations and the seamless functionality of our platform.
As a key contributor, you will solve complex technical challenges, collaborate across teams, and drive innovation that supports our mission to deliver impactful and cohesive solutions.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or comparable work experience is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
Demonstrated success in building positive relationships with partners and stakeholders is essential.
Experience in building highly scalable, reliable, available, and performant systems is required.
Candidates should have experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and post-launch maintenance.
A proven track record of modern applications design architecture, good API design patterns, security, performance, and scaling is necessary.
