Spreetail is seeking a Software Engineer II who is bilingual in Mandarin and English for a fully remote position.
The role involves developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable full-stack web applications on AWS infrastructure.
Candidates will engage directly with customers to understand their needs and work closely with the engineering team for seamless implementation.
Collaboration with product managers and designers is essential to refine requirements and translate them into high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities include developing and optimizing APIs and server-side logic for maximum performance, applying data science techniques to analyze large datasets, and enhancing code quality and performance through comprehensive test automation.

Requirements:

Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required for this position.
Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in object-oriented programming, with skills in languages such as .NET, Java, React, or similar.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail are necessary, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and experience in an Agile development environment are essential.
