The company is seeking a talented software engineer to help build and scale its Investment Processing Platform.
The role involves designing scalable systems, managing implementation across a team of engineers, and ensuring high standards for quality.
The software engineer will work closely with stakeholders from Product, Investments, Accounting, Legal teams, and third-party service providers.
Responsibilities include building, scaling, and improving software systems, taking ownership of the software development lifecycle, maintaining and monitoring systems on AWS, reviewing pull requests, and contributing to infrastructure development.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is required.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working in Java.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in building and maintaining dynamic production-level applications is necessary.
Candidates should have 2 years of experience working with the Spring and ORM frameworks.
A minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL and RDBMS is required, particularly where transactions and throughput were critical.
At least 1 year of experience with Cloud Computing platforms is necessary.
Candidates must demonstrate effective communication and coordination with business stakeholders.
The ability to quickly absorb and understand large and complex new domains and workflows is essential.
Benefits:
The position offers a competitive salary range of $124,000 to $149,000 a year.
