Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3-5 years of full-stack development experience.
• A self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills is essential, along with prior experience in a team environment.
• A strong understanding of code design, data structures, and algorithms is required.
• Experience in an on-call rotation supporting a production environment is necessary.
• A passion for customer experience is crucial.
• Bonus points for professional experience in building distributed systems at scale and familiarity with technologies such as Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, Java, MongoDB, and distributed systems.
• Experience with agile processes is also preferred.
