Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of production software experience.
A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and understanding of services like ECS, Lambda, EKS, SecretsManager, and RDS is necessary.
Proficiency in design and development using languages such as Java, Kotlin, Javascript, Typescript, or Python, with a willingness to learn other languages is essential.
Understanding of microservices and serverless architectures with containerized deployments is required.
Experience with relational and NoSQL data stores, including MySQL, Postgres, or Redshift, is necessary.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of programming concepts, including iterative design, functional and object-oriented programming, and software design patterns.
Familiarity with software development best practices, including unit testing and continuous delivery, is required.
A desire to apply agile development principles in a fast-paced startup environment is essential.
Strong teamwork and communication skills are necessary.
