Remote Software Engineer II

Description:

• Grow Therapy is seeking a Software Engineer II to join their team focused on mental healthcare.
• The engineer will work on a fast-paced, impact-oriented team, owning important features and working full-stack with Flask/Python on the backend, React/TypeScript on the frontend, and infrastructure on AWS.
• Projects may include driving care outcomes for clients, optimizing search ranking and performance at scale, improving the in-house telehealth platform, and iterating on tools to help providers manage their practice.
• The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of engineering experience, full-stack web development experience, be customer-focused, a team player, a structured thinker, resilient and adaptable, and highly motivated.
• The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 per year.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of engineering experience with a proven track record of building and scaling systems.
• Full-stack web development experience with knowledge of APIs, web frameworks, HTML, CSS, JS, and at least one backend language.
• Customer-focused approach, incorporating product and design considerations into technical decisions.
• Collaborative nature, embracing teamwork, and effective communication.
• Structured thinker who can break down complex problems and build according to a schedule.
