Fliff is seeking a motivated Software Engineer II to join their growing team.
The role involves being part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance distributed systems using Python and Django, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, implementing scalable solutions to handle large volumes of traffic, writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and reliability, and participating in code reviews and contributing to team knowledge-sharing.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of overall software development experience.
Experience with distributed systems and microservices is required.
A strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and best practices is necessary.
Proficiency in Python and Django is essential.
