Remote Software Engineer II, Front End - Views (Remote Eligible)

• The company is seeking a full-stack software developer with front-end web performance experience to build the next generation views in Smartsheet.
• The role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer.
• Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, performant, and scalable code, identifying and eliminating performance bottlenecks, and collaborating with individual views teams.
• The developer will also profile view applications, enforce web performance standards, participate in code reviews, and implement performance improvements using TypeScript, React, and Redux.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of software development experience.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in SaaS application development is required.
• Proficiency in React and Redux is necessary.
• Experience in building performant and scalable web applications is essential.
• Candidates should have a successful track record in environments with frequent production releases.
• Experience in writing complex asynchronous code that communicates with multiple services is required.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is needed.
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.
