Description:
EverBright is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to contribute to the development of tools for the EverBright financing program.
The role involves enhancing the financial modeling, sales, and operations platform to facilitate seamless installations of solar, storage, and energy efficiency products for homeowners.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing platform performance, and staying updated on industry trends.
The position also entails mentoring junior engineers and fostering a positive work environment focused on innovation and growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 6 years of software development experience.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex software solutions, preferably in financial modeling, sales, or operations platforms.
Proficiency in programming languages like TypeScript, CSS, React, and HTML.
Familiarity with software architecture patterns such as microservices, MVC, and RESTful APIs, as well as experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Prior exposure to solar financing, energy efficiency, or renewable energy industries is a plus, as well as experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
