Remote Software Engineer II (Identity)

Description:

• Articulate is seeking a Software Engineer II to join their Identity team.
• The role focuses on the execution of the team’s work and involves independent delivery of well-scoped tasks under the guidance of an engineering manager or senior engineer.
• Responsibilities include understanding and adhering to the team’s engineering processes, identifying and escalating risks and delays, and developing an understanding of the team’s domain within the larger product and company strategy.
• The engineer will collaborate with the team to ensure quality, maintainability, and testability of deliveries.
• Participation in the team’s on-call rotation is required, which involves responding to and resolving incidents.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience working as a Software Engineer or in an equivalent role.
• Full stack proficiency with React, Javascript, and Node.js is required, with a focus on stronger backend experience.
• Experience with SQL databases is necessary.
• The ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various team sizes and levels of technical expertise is essential.
• Strong communication skills to synthesize requirements with non-technical stakeholders are required.
• A growth mindset and a solid understanding of the team’s technical stack are important.
• Candidates must be able to diagnose and analyze problems and present solutions clearly.
• Curiosity and interest in learning new technologies, processes, and skills are expected.

Benefits:
