Description:
Rula's mission is to make mental healthcare work for everyone, including patients, mental health providers, and healthcare systems.
The role involves building tools for support agents with a focus on good user experience (UX) and streamlined workflows.
Responsibilities include automating repetitive tasks and establishing the platform and patterns for other teams to build out agent-led workflows.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience working on cross-functional teams is required.
Fullstack experience in building modern database-backed web applications (both SQL and No-SQL) is necessary.
Frontend experience with a modern frontend framework (such as React or Angular) is essential.
A collaborative working style and a bias towards helping others in the team grow are important.
