Daily tasks include writing clean code, developing monitors and tests, making informed engineering tradeoff decisions, and participating in the development lifecycle.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience building and maintaining backend software is required.
Experience in building scalable backend technologies and scaling database platforms (NoSQL, SQL) is necessary.
A strong desire to learn and grow, particularly in retirement domains and workflows, is essential.
Candidates must be able to think creatively and share knowledge with others.
The ability to write understandable, testable code with a focus on maintainability is required.
A proactive and empathetic mindset is important for solving customer problems.
Formal training in a computer science-related discipline (Bachelor's or Master's preferred) is required.
