Description:
Rula's mission is to make mental healthcare accessible for everyone, including patients, therapists, and healthcare systems.
As a member of Rula’s Partnerships team, you will leverage your experience with third-party integrations to develop technology that enhances partner interactions with Rula.
The Partnerships team focuses on onboarding new payers and partnerships into the Rula platform and introducing programs that maximize payer benefits for clients seeking mental healthcare.
The Deals team aims to onboard, integrate, and support strategic partners to increase patient leads and access to care.
In this role, you will develop high-impact solutions within a cross-functional team.
As a Software Engineer II, you will work across Rula’s stack to optimize partnership enrollment, build and support partner integrations, and enhance analytics for partner interactions.
You will collaborate with fellow engineers, improve processes, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a bias for action, excellent collaboration, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
Requirements:
You must have 4 years of software engineering experience or 2+ years with a Computer Science or similar degree.
Experience working on cross-functional teams is required.
You should have back end-focused fullstack experience.
Experience mentoring others, reviewing architectures, and establishing design patterns is necessary.
You must have experience working on time-sensitive projects while balancing multiple stakeholders' needs to achieve sustainable results.
Experience with Microservice and/or Event-based architectures is required.
Proficiency in using SQL to interact with databases and a high-level programming language such as Java, Typescript, or Go is necessary.
