Description:
The Software Engineer II position is part of the Provider Experience team at Rula, a company dedicated to mental health care.
The role involves shaping the therapist experience and enabling them to provide high-quality care through user-friendly technology.
Responsibilities include working collaboratively in a team environment, driving technical discussions, making solution-oriented decisions, and taking ownership of technical solutions from start to finish.

Requirements:
Candidates should have at least 2 years of software engineering experience.
Experience working in cross-functional teams is required.
Fullstack experience in developing modern database-backed web applications (SQL/NoSQL) is necessary.
Proficiency in microservice development is a must.
Ability to lead all phases of the development lifecycle, with a focus on planning, technical design, execution, and success measurement, particularly in the later stages of a project.
