Description:
The Software Engineer II will join the Provider Quality team, enhancing the experience of therapists and psychiatrists in Rula’s care network.
The role involves working on the provider portal, which is the primary tool for providers to deliver care efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities include designing and building robust full-stack solutions essential for day-to-day operations.
The engineer will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design partners to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that support Rula’s mission to improve mental healthcare.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates must have 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience in building scalable, reliable, and performant systems is necessary.
Proficiency in driving all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and post-launch maintenance, is required.
An intermediate understanding of modern application architecture, API design patterns, data modeling, security, and performance is essential.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with peers and partners are required.
