Description:

As a Software Engineer IC3 at HackerOne, you will collaborate with senior team members, Product Managers, and Designers to develop features and products for the HackerOne community and client companies.
You will interact with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to understand customer needs and guide junior team members.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and improving technical weaknesses in codebases, both within your squad and across the company.
Your journey at HackerOne will involve a structured onboarding process, learning the technology stack (Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, ReactJS, etc.), contributing code to repositories, and eventually leading software engineering projects.
You will work remotely from the UK or Poland, as HackerOne is a digital-first company offering flexibility in work location.
The role requires 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, preferably in a SAAS environment, with expertise in technologies like Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, TypeScript, generative AI, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, and GraphQL.
You must demonstrate a positive impact in your past professional experiences and be willing to learn from senior engineers.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, particularly in a SAAS environment.
Proficiency in technologies such as Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, TypeScript, generative AI, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, and GraphQL.
Demonstrated positive impact in previous professional roles.
Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with team members.
Willingness to learn from senior and staff software engineers.
