Remote Software Engineer III

Description:

• The Software Engineer III position at BlueScope involves developing and supporting customer-facing software applications and solutions using best practices and innovative technology.
• The role requires advanced technical support in adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures, with a focus on full stack development including React.
• Responsibilities include proactively researching and applying new technology, developing high-complexity code, performing unit and integration testing, troubleshooting defects, and collaborating with the team to improve design and code quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualifications include an Associates degree or 2 years of relevant experience, 5 years of professional development experience in C#.Net, React, WPF, SQL, WebAPI, and other related technologies, and expertise in Web Services development.
• Additionally, 1 year of professional experience architecting a software application using applicable technologies is required.
• Preferred qualifications consist of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, professional certifications, 10 years of professional development experience, experience in writing software deliverables professionally, and expertise in front-end design patterns within React.
