The Viewer Home team enhances the way people experience content on Vimeo, responsible for various viewing surfaces visited by millions daily.
Fullstack Engineers on the Viewer Home team collaborate with product management and designers to plan, test, and execute a roadmap of new and updated products.
The team owns the full technical stack, from APIs to frontend UI, to drive viewer engagement, improve monetization tools, and encourage collaboration and community.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of technical experience working on consumer-facing products.
Hands-on experience in fullstack web development is required, including creating frontend interfaces, building and maintaining APIs, and optimizing database transactions.
A working understanding of technologies such as React, Typescript, and/or PHP is especially beneficial.
Candidates should have an interest in working on large-scale systems to enhance product performance, scalability, and robustness.
A strong eye for product design, consideration for user experience, and unwavering attention to detail are essential.
The ability to communicate and collaborate respectfully and effectively with both technical and non-technical teams across time zones is necessary.

The base salary range for this position is $123,000 - $169,500 for the NYC Metro, Bay Area, Seattle, and Los Angeles, and $110,700 - $152,550 for all other US cities outside these metro areas.
