Description:
The Software Engineer III position at Spreetail involves building scalable, reliable, and cutting-edge software to drive the company's growth in the ecommerce industry.
The role is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Nebraska, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Washington, Minnesota, Florida, or Texas.
Responsibilities include Web/API Development, data reporting and analysis, creating reusable components, defining server-browser interactions, and pursuing continuous improvements in code quality and test automation.
The successful candidate will research new technologies, contribute to a strong team dynamic, and collaborate with software developers to drive forward-thinking initiatives.
Requirements:
4-6 years of object-oriented software engineering experience.
2+ years of Web/API Development experience in JavaScript (React, Node, Go, etc.).
Familiarity or passion for Microservices.
Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL, MySQL).
Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS, Google).
Interest in data science and machine learning.
Experience with backend automated pricing and/or demand forecasting systems.
