Spreetail is seeking a Software Engineer III to join their Software & Technology teams, which build scalable, reliable, and cutting-edge software.
This position is remote and based in India.
The role involves building and maintaining relationships with technology partners and business stakeholders to create software data solutions that can be monitored, analyzed, and optimized.
The engineer will collaborate and mentor other engineers to continually deliver and improve software solutions.
Responsibilities include breaking down high-level requirements into buildable deliverables and increasing the quality of new and existing software systems.
The candidate will actively give and receive feedback on individual skill sets, designs, and code to improve both personal and team solutions.
A high attention to detail and focus on the quality of designs and software is essential, with the expectation to scale contributions across projects and tooling that impact all software teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4-6 years of object-oriented software engineering experience.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Web/API Development using JavaScript (React, Node, Go, etc.) is required, along with experience in relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL, MySQL).
Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS, Google) is necessary, and experience or passion for Microservices is preferred.
Candidates should be excited about opportunities to expand into data science and machine learning.
Experience with backend automated pricing and/or demand forecasting systems is beneficial.
Proficiency in Python Data learning Design, Web Scraping, AWS S3, and Blue Database Design is required.
Hands-on experience with Python or Ruby, R, AWS Database Design, JSON, HTML & CSS, and Web Scrape Design is essential.
Candidates must have a suitable work-from-home setup, including a desktop/laptop with specific system requirements, a strong and stable internet connection, a PC headset, and a high-definition webcam.
