Description:
The Software Engineer III - Cash- Frontend at Kueski will be responsible for creating and supporting user-facing software products, considering both functional and non-functional requirements as well as user experience.
The ideal candidate will mentor and support other software engineers, collaborate with different teams, and promote technical excellence within the team.
They will build products using various technologies, scale them up using cloud computing, and design high-quality systems involving multiple teams and iterations.
Responsibilities also include collaborating with the team, understanding the business to make informed decisions, identifying areas of improvement, and translating business requirements into technical requirements.
Requirements:
At least 8 years of progressive experience in software engineering.
Strong experience in web software engineering with REACT and NextJS, as well as front-end frameworks.
Ability to communicate simple to complex ideas clearly and navigate uncertainty.
Proficiency in translating technical language to non-technical individuals and transforming requirements into working software.
Experience in collaborating in interdisciplinary teams, making decisions based on tradeoffs, and leading medium to complex projects.
Familiarity with troubleshooting, debugging, Microfrontend, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), non-functional requirements, testing types, account management, and authentication.
Nice to have: Experience with AWS, Mobile (FLUTTER), SCRUM/Kanban.
