The Full Stack Engineer will collaborate with the product team and engineers to create and maintain systems that enable critical workflows through the web app.
Responsibilities include modifying backend systems to enable new features, delivering high-performance features, and contributing to reusable component systems.
The role involves transforming complex requirements into elegant features, implementing end-to-end solutions, and developing both short-term and long-term roadmaps.
The engineer will deliver robust, thoroughly tested code and contribute to architectural discussions to enhance product scalability.
The position requires partnering with product and design teams, providing technical insights, supporting QA initiatives, and building tools to analyze user behavior.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in scalable, distributed systems across both front-end and back-end.
Experience in backend and frontend development, including APIs, services, databases, and modern UI frameworks is required.
Proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, or Ruby, and SQL databases is necessary.
Familiarity with frontend technologies and frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular is expected.
A solid understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns is essential.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Candidates should have the ability to debug and optimize full-stack applications for performance and scalability.
A passion for building user-friendly and reliable applications is important.
Strong collaboration and clear communication skills are required to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A mindset of continuous learning and craftsmanship is necessary.
A BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field (or equivalent experience) is required.
