Description:

  • Babylist is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join the Growth team.
  • The role involves enhancing the Babylist experience for parents and gift givers.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with technical leads and software engineers to develop user outreach, landing pages, sign-up processes, onboarding, and more.
  • The position requires close collaboration with Product, Design, and other teams to execute key initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a high-performing engineer with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions that drive business growth.
  • Applicants should thrive in a rapidly growing environment and be excited to lead business-critical projects.
  • Experience in Ruby on Rails and React is essential, along with a desire to improve skills and work quality.
  • A growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn are required.
  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer applications is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Candidates must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possess strong execution skills.
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to shape and deliver projects independently are necessary.
