Description:
- Reddit is seeking a Software Engineer III specializing in Machine Learning for Ads Ranking, responsible for predicting ad engagement rates like click, conversion, and app install predictions.
- The role involves exploring advanced model architectures, feature engineering from Reddit's data, and building ML infrastructure and tools to enhance the ads delivery pipeline.
- As a machine learning engineer, you will research, formulate, and implement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and contribute to shaping the future of ads ML at Reddit.
Requirements:
- Must have a track record of driving KPI wins through model architecture and feature engineering.
- Requires 3+ years of experience with industry-level Machine Learning models and mainstream ML frameworks like Tensorflow and Pytorch.
- Should have end-to-end experience in training, evaluating, testing, and deploying industry-level models, with deep learning experience being a strong plus.
- Experience in orchestrating data generation pipelines on large-scale datasets, Ads domain, and Recommendation Systems is advantageous.
