Description:

• As a Software Engineer III - Mobile at Kueski, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative financial products that enhance the online and offline commerce experience in Mexico.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, build, deliver, and maintain cutting-edge mobile applications.
• Your responsibilities will include championing continuous improvement, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, and ensuring code quality through thorough reviews and testing.
• You will be expected to have a strong technical background in programming, at least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer, and a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience in developing reliable apps for limited internet access, implementing persistence mechanisms for offline mobile applications, building modular mobile applications, working with Flutter/Dart packages, and deploying Android/iOS applications on Google Play/App Store is required.
• You should be comfortable with simulators, defining test cases, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and have a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals such as data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, progressive rollouts, and working with mobile hardware and media (GPS, Camera, NFC, etc.) is also necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• Strong technical background in programming, with at least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
• Experience developing reliable apps for limited internet access
• Implementation of persistence mechanisms for mobile applications when offline
• Understanding of how to build modular mobile applications
• Working with Flutter/Dart packages
• Experience in development of Android/iOS applications and have deployed them on Google Play/App Store
• Comfortable using simulators and defining test cases for debugging code, enhancing performance and reliability
• Setup of CI/CD pipelines
• Strong computer science fundamentals such as data structures and algorithms
