Description:

HackerOne is seeking a Software Engineer III to join their growing engineering team and help innovate their platform.
The role involves collaborating with senior team members, Product Managers, and Designers to build features and products for the HackerOne community and its clients.
The engineer will interact with Customer Success Managers to understand customer needs and will guide junior engineers.
The position requires identifying and improving technical weaknesses in codebases.
The onboarding process includes getting to know the team and technology stack (Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, ReactJS) in the first 30 days.
Within 60 days, the engineer is expected to contribute code and become effective in the codebase.
By 90 days, the engineer will lead their first project and develop cross-functional collaboration skills.
The role is remote, allowing flexibility in time and location, and requires ownership of personal progress.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, particularly in a SaaS environment.
Experience in developing applications using Ruby on Rails or Python is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, generative AI, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, and GraphQL.
A proven positive impact in previous professional experiences is necessary.
The position is open to candidates based in the United Kingdom, Ireland, or Poland.
