Wrapbook is seeking a Software Engineer III (Ruby on Rails) to contribute to building an outstanding technology company.
The role involves collaborating with developers, designers, and product managers to create elegant solutions for customer problems.
Responsibilities include reviewing code, writing performant and secure software, and ensuring well-tested and well-architected code.
The position is remote and available to candidates in Canada.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least three years of experience building production web applications.
A willingness to learn and improve skills is essential.
Experience in writing SQL queries and a general understanding of SQL indices is required, with PostgreSQL being a plus.
A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to quality is necessary.
Experience in building Ruby on Rails applications and APIs is required.
Familiarity or interest in modern Rails Frontend technologies like Hotwire (Turbo and StimulusJS) is preferred.
