A partner company is seeking a Software Engineer III in the United States for a remote position.
The role involves joining an Agile development team to build scalable SaaS solutions for the freight and logistics industry.
Responsibilities include taking ownership of the full development lifecycle, which encompasses designing, coding, testing, and maintaining robust APIs and applications.
The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to shape team dynamics and influence best practices.
A deep technical foundation, a commitment to clean and maintainable code, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly are essential.
Key accountabilities include developing and maintaining API endpoints and backend services using C#, .NET Core, Node.js, AWS Lambda, and SQL, participating in Agile ceremonies, creating technical documentation, performing code reviews, optimizing development workflows, collaborating with other squads, and taking ownership of production code.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 4+ years of experience.
A strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns is necessary.
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core is required.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and CSS preprocessors like SASS is essential.
Solid experience with RESTful APIs and a working knowledge of GraphQL is needed.
Candidates must be skilled in writing efficient SQL queries and working with relational databases.
Familiarity with AWS cloud services, particularly serverless technologies like Lambda and API Gateway, is required.
Excellent debugging, documentation, and communication skills are essential.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $96,000 to $120,000 USD.
