Description:
We are seeking a skilled SSIS and SSRS Developer to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and reporting solutions.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), with a strong background in SQL development, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
The role involves working with large datasets, optimizing ETL workflows, and developing insightful reports to support business decision-making.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using SSIS, creating data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows from various data sources, optimizing ETL performance, troubleshooting failures, and implementing error-handling mechanisms.
The candidate will also develop SSIS packages for data migration, integration, and transformation, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
Additionally, the role requires developing custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SSRS, designing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support reporting needs, and maintaining and enhancing existing SSRS reports for performance and usability.
The candidate will implement automated scheduling and delivery of reports.
Requirements:
The candidate must have 3-5+ years of experience in SSIS, SSRS, and C# development.
Strong proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and query optimization is required.
Experience working with ETL processes and data warehouses is essential.
Familiarity with data modeling and relational database design is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with data modeling, star/snowflake schema, and relational database design, as well as knowledge of how to create SSIS toolbox controls.
A background in Supplemental, Life, and Group Insurance is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from $84,200.00 to $124,100.00, commensurate with experience, location, and other factors.
