The Prelim team is seeking a Software Engineer, Implementations to join their small but growing team.
This role offers the opportunity to help increase access to banking for millions of people.
The Software Engineer will be responsible for implementing, deploying, and supporting the platform that powers digital account opening for banks globally.
Responsibilities include owning the onboarding of customers and ensuring their success using Prelim.
The engineer will act as a thought partner to customers, assisting them in building complex forms for new teams and use cases.
The role involves tackling technical limitations or opportunities in Prelim through coding or collaborating with product engineering teams.
The engineer will represent customer needs to the organization and present results to a diverse audience, including engineers and C-suite executives.
Responsibilities also include demoing Prelim, answering product usage questions, creating technical content to demonstrate best practices, and identifying and overcoming customer adoption blockers.
The engineer will serve as the primary ongoing technical point of contact for users and assist in interviewing and growing the implementation engineering team.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby is required.
Proficiency with databases, particularly PostgreSQL, is necessary.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for this position.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required to succeed in this role.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 a year.
