Description:
- Implement and deploy the product that enhances access to banking for millions of people
- Responsible for onboarding customers and ensuring their success using Prelim
- Assist customers in building complex forms for new teams and use cases
- Solve technical limitations or opportunities in Prelim through coding or collaboration with product engineering teams
- Act as the voice of customers and convey their needs to the organization
- Present work results to various audiences and demo Prelim to showcase product usage
- Create technical content to demonstrate best practices
- Identify and overcome obstacles for customers in adopting Prelim through content, education, product enhancements, and training
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for users and assist in growing the implementation engineering team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in REST & SOAP integrations
- Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, or Ruby
- Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
