Remote Software Engineer, Implementations (LA Remote)

Description:

• Implement and deploy the product that enhances access to banking for millions of people
• Responsible for onboarding customers and ensuring their success using Prelim
• Assist customers in building complex forms for new teams and use cases
• Solve technical limitations or opportunities in Prelim through coding or collaboration with product engineering teams
• Act as the voice of customers and convey their needs to the organization
• Present work results to various audiences and demo Prelim to showcase product usage
• Create technical content to demonstrate best practices
• Identify and overcome obstacles for customers in adopting Prelim through content, education, product enhancements, and training
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for users and assist in growing the implementation engineering team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in REST & SOAP integrations
• Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, or Ruby
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
