Assist in increasing banking access for millions of individuals
Work in a fast-paced remote startup environment
Responsible for implementing, deploying, and supporting the platform for digital account opening for banks globally
Collaborate with customers and customer success to help banks deploy the product by configuring the platform, debugging integration issues, and delivering fixes
Own customer onboarding and ensure their success with Prelim
Act as a thought partner to customers in building complex forms for new teams and use cases
Address technical limitations or opportunities in Prelim through coding or collaboration with product engineering teams
Advocate for customer needs within the organization
Present work results to various audiences and demo the product
Create technical content to showcase best practices
Identify and overcome obstacles for customers in adopting Prelim through content, education, product enhancements, and training
Serve as the primary technical contact for users
Assist in interviewing and expanding the implementation engineering team

Requirements:

Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year
