Remote Software Engineer, Implementations (SF Remote)

Description:

• The Prelim team is seeking a Software Engineer, Implementations to join their small but growing team.
• This role involves implementing, deploying, and supporting the platform that powers digital account opening for banks globally.
• Responsibilities include owning the onboarding of customers and ensuring their success using Prelim.
• The engineer will act as a thought partner to customers, helping them build complex forms for new teams and use cases.
• The position requires tackling technical limitations or opportunities in Prelim through coding or collaborating with product engineering teams.
• The engineer will represent customer needs to the organization and present results to a diverse audience, including engineers and C-suite executives.
• Responsibilities also include demoing Prelim, answering product usage questions, creating technical content to demonstrate best practices, and identifying and overcoming customer adoption blockers.
• The engineer will serve as the primary ongoing technical point of contact for users and assist in interviewing and growing the implementation engineering team.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have strong experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby is required.
• Proficiency with databases, particularly PostgreSQL, is necessary.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for this role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required to succeed in this position.
