Gauntlet is a leader in quantitative research and optimization of DeFi economics, managing market risk and ensuring economic safety for protocols in the DeFi space.

The Infrastructure Team is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the systems and networks that support all company operations, focusing on high availability, performance, and security.
Responsibilities include designing scalable infrastructure solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code and design reviews, staying informed about emerging technologies, developing technical documentation, and troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of professional experience in software development, specifically in infrastructure and platform engineering.
Proficiency in at least one programming language for infrastructure automation and scripting, such as Python, Bash, or Go, is required.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills focused on building scalable and efficient infrastructure systems are essential.
Candidates should have strong skills in CI/CD processes and tools, with an emphasis on automating deployment pipelines.
Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management is required.
