Remote Software Engineer, Innovation Lab

Description:

• CodeSignal is seeking Software Engineers to join their Innovation Lab team.
• The team is responsible for creating groundbreaking products like Cosmo, CodeSignal Learn, and Certified Evaluations.
• Engineers will work on projects such as autocomplete for coding languages, live collaborative editing for the IDE, and persistent workspace sessions.
• Signalites at CodeSignal are given context, freedom, and responsibility to drive motivation, speed, innovation, and a results-oriented culture.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with the executive team, leading design discussions, building product features across the full stack, writing clean and maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and peer collaboration.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional, full-time software engineering experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven drive and initiative for completing tasks.
• Availability to work full-time.
• Bonus points for experience with JavaScript, React, GraphQL, Meteor/Node, MongoDB, Flow/Typescript, Docker, or in related industries like Ed Tech or HR Tech.
