Description:

We are looking for a backend engineer to join our small team and help lead the effort to prepare the product for launch.
Our technical foundation includes Typescript, Golang, GraphQL API, and PostgreSQL, which is simple, straightforward, and battle-tested.
You will work closely with the CEO/CTO and the rest of the Glue team to make early decisions and help set the direction of our developer platform, APIs, codebase, and team culture.
The role involves shipping daily and experimenting with ideas and interactions, focusing on usability, attention to detail, performance, and innovation around optimal team communication.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of backend development experience.
You should have 2+ years of experience designing and maintaining production systems.
You need 2+ years of experience with a typed language such as Go or TypeScript.
You should have 2+ years of experience working with SQL databases at both the application and infrastructure levels.
Experience in designing and maintaining APIs is required, and familiarity with GraphQL will be helpful.
You should be independent and self-motivated, with maintaining side projects or libraries being a major plus.
