Description:
Tinybird is seeking a Software Engineer for Integrations to develop and maintain their Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and core internal integrations.
The role involves ensuring that Tinybird's software meets customer expectations across various partner technologies.
The Integrations team focuses on providing delightful data integrations for platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Kafka, DynamoDB, MongoDB, S3, and GSC.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions between the Tinybird platform and third-party systems.
Candidates should have extensive experience as a backend engineer, particularly in building complex data integrations and pipelines.
Clear communication skills are essential, as documentation, guides, and blog posts will be part of the role.
The position requires a bias for action, iteration, and delivery, with an emphasis on speed in decision-making.
Candidates should be autonomous and capable of making technical decisions that impact the product while communicating them effectively.
Bonus points for familiarity with all layers of the stack, low-level ClickHouse knowledge, and participation in the on-call team.
Ideally, candidates should be located in Europe, preferably within a few time zones of CET.
Requirements:

Proficiency in backend engineering, with a focus on complex data integrations and pipelines, is required.
Strong communication skills are necessary for creating documentation and guides.
Candidates should demonstrate a bias for action and the ability to make quick decisions.
Autonomy in work is essential, with the ability to engage the right people when context is lacking.
Familiarity with all layers of the stack is a plus, along with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Low-level ClickHouse knowledge is a significant advantage.
Participation in the on-call team is required to understand product challenges and client needs.
Candidates should ideally be located in Europe, preferably within a few time zones of CET.

The salary range for this position is €62,000 - €109,000 per year, including cash compensation and stock options.
