Interns will receive guidance and support to see their projects through from start to finish, with work making it into production.
Exciting projects include performance and reliability enhancements, advanced mapping tools, AI feature integration, big data projects, third-party integrations, and innovative mobile applications.
As a Software Engineer Intern, the focus will be on the Customer App, which is front-end heavy.
Responsibilities include coding, testing, publishing, and maintaining web pages and websites according to stakeholder specifications and organizational standards.
Interns will collaborate with professional Software Engineers and work with engineering, product, and design teams.
The internship emphasizes both technical and personal development, with mentorship provided by the manager throughout the program.
Interns are encouraged to think creatively, propose innovative solutions, and challenge conventional problem-solving methods.

Requirements:

Candidates must be currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in computer science or a similar field.
A curiosity for learning through collaboration is essential.
A passion for software development is required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team is important.
Candidates should demonstrate a foundational understanding of software development principles and a readiness to immerse themselves in the company's tech stack.
Bonus points for having an eye for design and customer service/hospitality experience.

The internship is paid, with a potential conversion to full-time upon completion.
The remote work philosophy allows interns to work from any state in the continental U.S.
