As an early member of Baseten's Platform Team, you will build internal infrastructure to support the engineering organization.

Responsibilities include creating diverse tooling, enhancing monorepo capabilities, designing shared libraries, improving CI pipelines, and supporting engineering teams.

Requirements:

Strong-level proficiency in Go and/or Python is required.
Experience with Kubernetes/Docker tooling, such as Helm, Docker, and Kubernetes, is necessary.
Experience managing and working with large monorepos is essential, with bonus points for familiarity with tools like Bazel, Pants, Moon, or Turborepo.
An advanced understanding of CI/CD concepts is required.
A strong developer tool culture with a focus on best practices is necessary, with bonus points for having developed open-source developer tools.
