Description:
Rula's mission is to make mental healthcare work for everyone, including patients, mental health providers, and healthcare systems.
The role involves building streamlined workflows for the support team and maintaining the platform for other engineering teams to build their support flows.
Candidates will work on a small team within a fast-growing product and will closely collaborate with users, including support agents and other engineers.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience working on cross-functional teams is required.
Fullstack experience in building modern database-backed (SQL/No-SQL) web applications is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include production experience with React, Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, or Kafka.
Previous experience working on Internal tools teams and on a platform team is advantageous.
Candidates should have experience or interest in building good UX.
A collaborative working style and a bias towards helping others in the team grow are important.
High personal awareness and a growth mindset are preferred.
