Description:

  • Rula's mission is to make mental healthcare work for everyone, including patients, mental health providers, and healthcare systems.
  • The role involves building streamlined workflows for the support team and maintaining the platform for other engineering teams to build their support flows.
  • Candidates will work on a small team within a fast-growing product and will closely collaborate with users, including support agents and other engineers.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams is required.
  • Fullstack experience in building modern database-backed (SQL/No-SQL) web applications is necessary.
  • Preferred qualifications include production experience with React, Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, or Kafka.
  • Previous experience working on Internal tools teams and on a platform team is advantageous.
  • Candidates should have experience or interest in building good UX.
  • A collaborative working style and a bias towards helping others in the team grow are important.
  • High personal awareness and a growth mindset are preferred.
