Description:
StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform specializing in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game ads, and digital out-of-home ads.

As a Software Engineer in the Inventory team, you will be involved in the development of the advertising platform, producing production-level code that impacts product success.
You will work with large data sets and modern tech stacks including GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL.

Responsibilities include designing, improving, and debugging complex, scalable distributed systems, optimizing performance, writing extensible and test-driven code, and participating in technical planning and architectural decision-making.
You will collaborate with team members on scalable web architecture, take ownership of projects, and contribute to code and technical spec reviews.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1+ years of full-time work experience in building highly performant web applications is required.
Knowledge of full-stack technologies such as React, Typescript, GraphQL, and Ruby on Rails is highly preferred.
Experience with a technical project from design to delivery is necessary.
A strong understanding of scalable system design for web-based APIs and backend processing systems is required.
Experience collaborating closely with Product & Design teams to create high-impact end-to-end product experiences is essential.
Familiarity with relational databases and key-value stores is needed.
Experience working on large-scale Ruby on Rails or Go projects is preferred.
Basic knowledge of AWS or other equivalent cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, etc.) is required.
Experience in analyzing, benchmarking, and optimizing web application page load performance across the entire stack is necessary.
Experience with creatives, AdTag, or programmatic advertising is a plus.
