Underdog is seeking a Software Engineer - iOS to work on innovative projects that gamify and enhance fantasy and sports betting products.
The role involves designing and developing clean, well-structured, and performant features that will be used by millions of customers.
The engineer will collaborate closely with product-minded individuals and client engineers to shape and deliver transformative products.
Responsibilities include advocating for best practices in development, communicating openly about issues, and being accountable for technical decisions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of software engineering experience in a consumer-facing company.
A minimum of 1+ years of professional iOS development experience using Xcode, Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, MVVM, Xcode Cloud, Amplitude, Proxyman.io, XCTest, and XCUITest is required.
Strong collaboration skills and a passion for fostering best practices within the team are essential.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary for effective interaction with both engineers and product stakeholders.
Experience in fantasy sports and/or sports betting, as well as familiarity with growth phases in a company, is preferred.

The position offers unlimited PTO, with flexibility except during the NFL season.
