Description:

HackerOne is seeking a Software Engineer IV to work remotely from London, UK.
The role involves leading various challenging projects and building features for the HackerOne community and its clients.
The position requires collaboration with Product Managers and Designers, and the candidate will be expected to be a senior engineer and team member.
The first month will focus on onboarding, setting up the development environment, and understanding the company's engineering processes.
By day 30, the engineer will have met most of the team and will be prepared to start coding.
By day 60, the engineer will contribute to a project and connect with stakeholders.
By day 90, the engineer will have made technical contributions and earned trust within the team.
Long-term responsibilities include leading projects, building and maintaining features, delivering key results, participating in cross-squad initiatives, and mentoring other engineers.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software engineering, particularly in a SAAS environment.
Proficiency in developing applications using Ruby on Rails, Python, or other object-oriented languages.
Preferred qualifications include experience or interest in generative AI, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, and GraphQL.
