Description:

• The Software Engineer IV, Platform Engineering position at HackerOne involves working in the Platform Engineering team to drive projects that enhance the reliability, quality, and performance of HackerOne's digital offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails, Javascript, GraphQL, React, PostgreSQL, Datadog, and Sumo Logic.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to spearhead technical initiatives, align priorities, and garner respect from peers.
• Strong project planning abilities, documenting decisions effectively, and influencing at both team and company levels.
• Experience mentoring and advocating for architectural enhancements and engineering best practices.
• Must be based remotely in the United Kingdom or Ireland and excel in a remote work environment.
