The Software Engineer (Java) will be part of the product engineering team and is expected to have 2.5 to 4 years of experience in Java, Springboot, Hibernate, MySQL, Docker, and Microservices Development.
Key responsibilities include facilitating communication with client stakeholders, crafting high-quality client code, participating in planning and estimation efforts, gathering requirements, executing complex activities, collaborating with team members, engaging in agile software development, mentoring others, and driving project delivery.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Java and related technologies is required.
Expertise in JDK 8 onwards, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and MySQL is essential.
Candidates must have a proven track record in developing large volume, high availability Java/J2EE applications.
Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, multi-threaded programming, and performance tuning is necessary.
Experience with Spring and ORM technologies, as well as unit testing, is required.
Good knowledge of design patterns and hands-on experience with RDBMS like Oracle/MySQL is needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficiency in relational databases and SQL is required.
Experience in building frontend/backend applications at scale is preferred.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
